Currently we only except "exchanges or store credit" for equal value of purchased items. No exceptions. All sale items, under garments, MASKS and bodysuits are FINAL sale. All custom orders are FINAL sale. 
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original condition with all legs attached, and in original packaging. To complete your return, please email us at before sending your items back to us to see if  you are eligible for an exchange. Always use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for any stolen returns while in transit. We will not refund the original shipping costs nor import fees, or taxes. We are not responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If you received FREE SHIPPING, and you decided to return the item (s), you will be credited the order amount minus the cost of shipping.

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.

  • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

All international orders ship with USPS trackable First-Class mail. Priority shipping is available at request. Delivery takes 5-17 business days transportation (depending on the country. In some cases, it may take additional days to pass through customs).
Please Note:

Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. We are required by law to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.




What are your shipping options?

Domestic orders:

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $150! Just please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it should be to you in 3-8 business days.

3 Business Days - $9.95 - We ship using UPS and USPS and can typically get your orders out in just 1-3 business days. After that processing period, you’ll have your order within 3-5 business days.

2 Business Days - $18.95 - Place your order by 2pm EST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day. You will receive your order in just 2 business days. Please keep in mind that weather delays, and delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, are outside our control.

Next Day Shipping - $36.95 - Place your order by 2pm, and we can ship it out that same day. It will be at your door the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day and arrive the following business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, and weekends and holidays are not included in these delivery times. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

There may be additional delays due to weather and USPS/UPS exceptions that are beyond our control.

Lost Packages- If your package is lost, stolen or mis-delivered we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.

Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.

What are your International Shipping rates?

We LOVE our Canadian and international customers! We offer a flat rate to our Canadian customers. For all other international countries, the cost and delivery time varies by the final shipping destination.

Please note, the customer pays duty and tax fees at the time of delivery. Our boutique offers free shipping to U.S. addresses only.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed.

When will my order ship?
